Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DigInto platform operated by PIXAM Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), accessible at diginto.tech and associated subdomains. By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration
You may register using a third-party authentication provider (Google, Microsoft). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable EU or national law.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or databases.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our prior written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, tutorials, and project documentation — is the property of PIXAM Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by EU copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. User-Generated Content
When you post content on the platform (forum posts, comments), you grant PIXAM Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
6. MQTT & Tool Access
Access to MQTT services, RTCM streams, and GNSS tools is provided for lawful, personal, and research purposes only. Credentials issued to you are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access without notice if misuse is detected.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. GNSS data, satellite signals, and correction streams are provided for informational and experimental purposes only and must not be used for safety-critical navigation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable EU law, PIXAM Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed €100.
9. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. As a consumer within the EU, you may also refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
